取消及退費條款

1. 每筆退款將酌收票券總額10%手續費，請於2019年3月26日（二）前來信秘書處(2019tcf@gmail.com)申請，並告知您的姓名、電話及報名序號，逾期恕不受理。
2. 退費程序將會在論壇結束後一個月內完成。
3. 退費程序完成後電子發票將作廢。

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. A 90% refund of the forum registration fee shall be given for cancellations received on or prior to March 26, 2019. Refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat with your Name, Telephone number and Registration number by email(2019tcf@gmail.com) before Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
2. The secretariat will refund within one (1) month after the forum end date.
3. The e-receipt will be voided once refund procedure has been made.

注意事項

1. 報名確認信件－當您填妥報名資料並繳費完成將會收到報名確認信件，信件含報名序號及報名資料
2. 論壇行前通知－此信件將於論壇前一周寄出，信件內容包含報名場次、時間及入場電子票券
3. 電子發票信件－電子發票將會於論壇結束後一周寄至您的信箱
4. 為維護參與者權益，請於報名後3日內完成繳費，如逾時未繳，主辦單位有權取消報名資格

Notices

1. Registration Confirmation Letter – Once you complete registration and paid, you will receive email with registration number.
2. Pre-notification – You will receive the email with e-ticket one week prior to the forum.
3. E-receipt – E-receipt will be sent by email a week after the forum.
4. Please complete the payment within 3 days after online registration, or your registration may be cancelled.
